Bocuse d'Or Dinner at Sidney Street Cafe
We invite you to join our Chef Kevin Nashan (2017 James Beard Foundation Award Winner for Best Chef Midwest) for a Bocuse d'Or dinner, taking place in the Sidney Street Cafe garden on Monday, May 21, 2018. This special event begins with a reception at 6 p.m., followed by a five-course meal served family-style at 7 p.m. Tickets are $195/person (+ tax); VIP table for 10 is $5,000. Proceeds benefit ment'or BKB Foundation, the nonprofit that supports Team USA in the prestigious culinary competition the Bocuse d'Or held biennially in Lyon, France.

    • About ment'or BKB Foundation: The ment'or BKB Foundation is a nonprofit that aims to educate and inspire excellence in young culinary professionals and also preserve the traditions and quality of cuisine in America. Ment'or is led by Founders Chefs Daniel Boulud, Thomas Keller, and Jérôme Bocuse, as well as an esteemed Culinary Council of over forty renowned chefs. Educational grants and internships are offered to culinary professionals through the Continuing Education Program. The Young Chef and Commis Competitions offer yet another opportunity for them to further their careers. Ment'or is also responsible for recruiting, training, and financially supporting the promising young American talents who represent Team USA in the prestigious biennial Bocuse d'Or competition, held in Lyon, France.
