In honor of Womens History Month, PBS SoCal and the Museum of Tolerance are pleased to invite you to a special screening of:
DOLORES
Sunday, March 25, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. at the Museum of Tolerance Dolores Huerta is among the most important activists in American history. She was an equal partner in co-founding the first farm workers unions with Cesar Chavez, but her enormous contributions have gone largely unrecognized. Dolores tirelessly led the fight for racial and labor justice alongside Chavez, becoming one of the most defiant feminists of the twentieth century and she continues the fight to this day, at 87. With intimate and unprecedented access to this intensely private mother of eleven children, the film reveals the raw, personal stakes involved in committing ones life to social change. Directed by Peter Bratt.
