Local Chef Rick Mahan has always embraced cooking with seasonal, local and organic ingredients. He was also one of the pioneers in the Green Restaurants Alliance Sacramento. Join this acclaimed chef and owner of The Waterboy and OneSpeed restaurants as he demonstrates recipes for a French-style dinner party that youll be able to replicate at home. Enjoy samples of gougére; a frisée salad with bacon and poached egg; French onion soup "gratinée," and beef bourguignonne.

This is a demonstration style cooking class.
Students will enjoy a taste of each recipe, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.
Cancellation Policy: Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable with less than 48 hours notice.
