9am to 1pm each day
Children aged 10-17 join us each day to create a meal, from scratch, using fresh organic produce and quality ingredients available at the Co-op. Each day's menu is inspired by a different cuisine. Students learn knife skills, kitchen math, teamwork and how to read a recipe creating dishes they can replicate at home.
We have designed this class for ages 10-17, the skills and stamina required are unsuitable for younger children.
