The Ketogenic Diet is high-fat, moderate protein, and very low-carb, and many are finding it beneficial to fat loss and health. Good fats from pastured animals, coconut oil, olive oil and avocado oil will be featured in our menu: poached eggs in tomato-tomatillo sauce with queso fresco and cilantro; sausage and mozzarella stuffed zucchini boats; chicken stir-fry with seasonal vegetables and cauliflower rice, and no bake chocolate almond bars. Whether you are serious about this kind of diet or keto curious, join us!

This is a demonstration style cooking class.
Students will enjoy a taste of each recipe, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.
Cancellation Policy: Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable with less than 48 hours notice.
