Pies are a blank canvas for delicious summer fruit and your own creative expression. We'll cover all the pie basics, practice making and rolling out dough, as well as decorating the top to make an edible work of art. Each student will create a full size, mixed berry pie.
Instructor: Mayumi Tavalero of Fork and Knife Creations
This is a hands on baking class.
Students will enjoy a complimentary glass of wine, for those 21 and over.
