The sun is up late, the nights are warm and nothing says romance like an Italian dinner for two. Bring a date, or a friend, for a night of hands-on fun. Each couple will learn to make artichoke filled ravioli; lemon cream sauce; a crisp green salad, and zabaglione with summer fruit for dessert. Then we will all enjoy our dinner together
