Join Chef Marina for a class to expand your go-to delicious vegan comfort foods, great for a weeknight pick-me-up or for entertaining. Learn helpful techniques, how to build flavors and ways to adapt to different dietary needs. Menu: faux-carbonara with creamy cauliflower alfredo and tempeh bacon; baked spinach artichoke dip, and shepherds pie.
Instructor: Marina Kercher
This is a demonstration style class with a vegan, gluten free menu.
Students will enjoy a taste of each recipe, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.
Cancellation Policy: Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable with less than 48 hours notice.
Parking is available in the parking garage at 28th & S streets.
