Park Tavern is partnering with accomplished wine maker Jesse Katz from Aperture Cellars and Devil Proof Vineyards for a unique prix-fixe wine dinner. We promise to showcase the beauty of the winemakers selections alongside menu creations from Chef de Cuisine Alex Soto.|
Jesse creates focused, meticulously crafted, terroir driven wines for his two brands Aperture Cellars and Devil Proof Vineyards. Aperture, a collaborative project with his photographer father Andy, focuses on Bordeaux varietals and demonstrates an expression of art both inside the bottle and out. His Devil Proof wines have earned the highest ratings of all California Malbecs since they were first released.
The four course tasting menu will be paired with one of acclaimed wines from Aperture Cellars and Devil Proof. The pairings will highlight the best California has to offer. Throughout the meal, the winemaker Jesse himself will present the pairings, giving the background and story of each wine.
Only 36 seats are available, and will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
