Improv comedy inspired by local music.
Every month, a different local musician performs their original music. After listening closely, the comedians from local improv group The Local Music Scene then improvise comedic scenes based on the lyrics.
The Local Music Scene is: Sarah Arnold, Laura Berger, Breanna Cecile, Liz Council, Jeff Gyllen, Nathan Kelly, Kelsey McGregor, Erik Ostrom, Shea Roberts, Will Roberts, and Philip Simondet.
The Local Music Scene has trained and performed at various local improv theaters, including The Brave New Workshop, ComedySportz Twin Cities, HUGE Theater and Jesters.
All of them either ARE local musicians or enjoy local music. At the VERY least, theyve heard the term "local music.
The means. is an entertainer, songwriter, and new Minnesotan by way of South Philly. She has been performing her brand of honest, vocal-driven hip-hop since 2014. It's simpler to say what she doesn't do: waste your time.
