Little Movers 2 is a creative contemporary class for ages 3-4, designed to continue development of motor skills whilst introducing contemporary dance technique. Each term focuses on a creative theme and uses a variety of resources and props to explore imagination, characterisation and story telling. The class also encourages children's independence through movement exercises.
The class time includes time to settle into the studio and a warm up with parents/guardians followed by movement activity that the children are encouraged to take part in independent of their parents/guardians. The class ends with inviting parents/guardians to rejoin the class or to observe what the children have been working on that week.
Class Level: Participants should be aged 3 - 4 years. No previous dance experience necessary.
