Tuesdays, 6.30 - 8pm
This class is for experienced dancers who have prior dance and movement experience. Using vocabulary from Cunningham and Release techniques this class incorporates structured centre work to ground and strengthen the legs whilst encouraging coordination of the torso. The travelling phrases emphasise fluidity and coordination and incorporates various leaps, jumps and longer combinations alongside phrases from Rambert company repertoire.
Class Level: Suitable for those with over two years dance and movement experience.

End: Tuesday 10 July
