Event

From Conflict to Connection with Erica Marx.
Conflict is expensive. It is expensive to our careers, to our families, and to our health. How you handle yourself in the moment can be the difference between a conflict that escalates out of control and building a foundation for long-term trust and productivity.

In this highly interactive workshop, we will:

Learn how to build trust quickly in high stakes situations

Examine a simple visual framework to understand the nature of conflict and the appropriate timing of interventions

Learn how to quickly de-escalate volatile emotions and shift dynamics while preserving what is most important to you

Use games and principles from improv theater to practice managing yourself in rapidly changing situations

Youll leave the workshop feeling optimistic, energized, and with a newfound confidence in your ability to shift from conflict to connection and create the outcome you desire.
