Big River: The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn
In Roger Miller and William Hauptman's musical adaptation of Mark Twain's The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, rebellious teenager Huck takes off on a raft with runaway slave Jim, encountering swindlers, an orphaned family, and bigotry along the way. This classic American tale holds reconciliation and friendship at its heart. Its Tony Award-winning score will be played by Prep students and will feature The Dirty Grass Players, a Baltimore bluegrass band. Performances are Friday, March 2 and Saturday, March 3 at 7:30PM, with a matinee on Sunday, March 4 at 2:00PM.
