Sunrise Overnight Charity Ball
The Gibbs and Black Family would like to formally invite you to the "First Annual Sunrise Charity Event" being held Saturday July 21st to Sunday July 22nd on Whidbey Island.
We are planning a fantastic 24 hour party to raise money for the Washington Trails Association.
As this is a charity event we are asking $75 an adult be donated to the WTA. Tickets are available here. 100% of contributions go to the charity. As we would like to raise as much money as possible for this great organization there is an optional ticket that you can buy during the checkout process that if you wish to donate more than the suggested donation amount you may.
Space and the invitation list is limited so please respond by March 31.

We will have plenty of tent camping spots.
Additionally there are a variety of places to stay in Langley which is only 3 miles down the road. Please let us know if you plan on doing this.
We encourage everyone to stay overnight, if you do not plan to overnight please let us know.

Parking
We encourage carpooling as parking is limited, once you get to the property there will be signs on where to park
We will also have a sign in sheet and pens so that you can write your phone number on your car just in case it needs to be moved.
