Groups are excellent as we naturally learn from each
other. We can share our experiences, challenges and successes. We can be heard and supported with real connection and group accountability.
Accountability is one of the most powerful tools there
is. Together we define achievable goals and a step by
step plan. It's accountability that helps you keep making those successive small changes that add up.
Most people dont feel great and dont realise how much
better they could feel, just with a bit of guidance and
support to make some small yet powerful changes.

We meet once per fortnight, starting on the 22 Mar
for 12 sessions over 6 months. Limited spaces available.
To show your commitment to yourself, I ask that you pay
for the course in full before the first session. We find
that people are more likely to complete the course and
make lasting changes when they commit in this way.
