Experience gentle energy exercises designed to rebalance, relax, restore and energize your life. Enhance your ability to soothe yourself and reengage your parasympathetic nervous system/drop out of fight, flight or freeze mode with simple movements you can do just about anywhere. Develop your awareness of your body and energies and enhance your other self care practices. We will go through the Daily Exercise Routine+ (Donna Eden), joint opening exercises from Big Tree School of Natural Healing and some intuitive additions. Wear comfortable clothing (be aware depending on weather it could be quite warm in the greenhouse, or cold. Dress in layers). Be present and breathe.

Peggy Winkel is a local Reiki Master 3 with a practice in the downtown area. She also has master certification in Neurolinguistic Programming (AUNLP) and certification in Meridian Massage (Big Tree School of Natural Healing). Peggy was introduced to exercises that strengthened, opened up new energy, resilience, awareness and capacities as part of healing studies and is working as a personal energy trainer in addition to aromatherapy and expressive arts. She has been blessed with generous, gifted healers working with her over the years to make her life possible.
