Canadas premiere all-male burlesque troupe BoylesqueTO will perform its signature show Oh Manada! in Montreal at The Wiggle Room on Saturday, May 26th to celebrate 151 years of sexy Canadian men. In this cheeky (pun intended) cabaret revue that has been thrilling North American audiences since 2010, the boys of BoylesqueTO will strip down all of your favorite Canadian icons and slather them with maple syrup for your viewing pleasure. Founded in 2008, BoylesqueTO is proud to be Canadas premiere all-male burlesque troupe. This talented group of dancers, actors, and performance artists have been busting their buns to put male nudity back on the legitimate stage where it belongs. Since their inception, the boys have really taken off (pun intended)! Theyve mounted dozens of sold out shows, performed at countless festivals, events, and parties around the world and have been featured widely on television and in print. They sold out their run of Oh Manada! at the 2015 Edmonton Fringe festival to rave reviews and followed that up with a critically acclaimed run at the 2016 Orlando Fringe. In 2017 theyre touring their new show Mo Manada! to Orlando and Edmonton and bringingOh Manada! to Ottawa. They appeared at the Life Ball, The Burlesque Hall of Fame in Las Vegas, The Feminist Porn Awards, The New York and Vienna Boylesque Festivals, the Vancouver, Stockholm, Montreal, Paris, Boston, and Chicago Burlesque Festivals, and Toronto and Ottawa Pride. In 2014 they starred in Logo's TV documentary I'm A Stripper: Boylesque and they scandalized the nation on national television two years before that on Canada's Got Talent. They've been covered in print and online at outlets such as the Toronto Star, Xtra, Details Magazine, Now Magazine, Metro, and many more. And they just can't wait to take it off for you!
