The Austin Ray Show
Singer, Austin Ray, performs on cruise ships all over the world. He is just back from a summer and fall of performing on cruises between Iceland, St. Petersburg, Russia, Scotland, England, Sweden, The Netherlands, and more.
His resume includes iconic brand names of entertainment such as The Stardust Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, The Chippendales, and San Francisco's Beach Blanket Babylon.
Austin is accompanied by a rockin' four-piece band that is sure to bring the house down every night. Here are very brief highlights on the music careers of his band.
Bob Barrett will be on keyboards. He has worked with: Pat Benatar, Diana Ross, Joe Cocker, Bill Medley, Chita Rivera, Smokey Robinson and many more.
Terence Elliott plays the Guitar. He has worked with Blood Sweat and Tears, Stevie Wonder, James Ingram, George Michael, Destinys Child and many more.
Todd Humphrey is on the bass. Todd has worked with: Queen Latifa, Wynonna Judd, Bobby Vinton, Wayne Newton, Vicki Carr, The Temptations, The Four Tops, Jack Jones, Dianne Shuur and many more.
Band Leader and on the Drums, Randy Caputo, has worked with: Pearl Bailey, Ella Fitzgerald, Rosemary Clooney, Lawrence Welk, Oscar Peterson. He has been featured for many years at both Disneyland, and Disney World Florida. He is well known in the music industry for his amazing tribute to Legendary Drummer Gene Krupa. And in 2006 was inducted into the Jazz Legends Hall of Fame Society.
Performances are 7:30 pm on Monday and Tuesday nights in March, 2018 at Oscar's Bar and Grill in Downtown Palm Springs. There is also a two drink minimum purchase. The best deal is to buy tickets here, and then make dinner reservations for 6:30. Oscar's has fantastic food.
