**We have decided to postpone this workshop. Please visit www.eilyaurora.com for future dates and to sign up for our newsletter.**
- Yearn to express yourself musically?
- Curious to experience sound as service?
- Feel a call toward the song of nature?
In this workshop, professional harpist and facilitator, Eily Aurora, collaborates with Alla Guelber, an environmental educator. They guide you through an embodied exploration of music as medicine, experiencing Soundwork, Plant Music and Systemic Constellations to connect to the heart, nature and community. In Sounding as Service, we invite the group to create sound as a way of sharing together. This experience releases oxytocin and other bonding hormones that support a safe space and sense of connection and community.
Have you ever wondered if plants sing? Indigenous healers have shared that plants possess a spirit essence that communicates through light, sound and vibration. Eily and Alla will improvise live with living plants through the help of the Music of the Plants machine, a device that is able to perceive the electromagnetic variations between plant leaves and root systems, and translates them into sound.
Tune into the universal language of sound through this day-long workshop.
You will:
- Learn techniques to support yourself, your family and community through Sounding as Service - Be empowered to weave music into your daily life - Participate in a community sounding practice - Improvise with a live plant through the Music of the Plants Machine
WORKSHOP DETAILS $125 - Registration fee 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM
