Like a night out with the girls, in these workshops anything goes. Explore your sensuality in these safe, judgment-free seminars by discussing personal boundaries, cultural restrictions, and practical methods for becoming the person you want to be. In this premier series of workshops our skilled facilitators will help you feel more confident, improve your relationships, and reawaken your sensuality.
Each workshop will consist of no more than 12 people - creating an intimate and comfortable space.
While each workshop can be taken as a stand-alone class, we encourage taking all four to get the most out of the experience.
Workshop 1: Hello, Self!
Improve your relationship by defining your sensual self through brainstorming and group discussion. This first workshop will be an introduction to talking about sensuality and its impact on your personal development throughout your life.
Workshop 2: Society & You
Reawaken your sensuality by finding yourself amidst the noise of societal expectations. Learn about the cultural scripts we are taught since childhood and how to determine what scripts you want to keep and what you want to throw away. Shake it off with our own personal dance party!
Workshop 3: What's Your Excuse Now? Part I
Feel more confident through mapping your personal success, discussing what that means for you, and incorporating sensuality into future accomplishments.
Workshop 4: What's Your Excuse Now? Part II
Solidify your confidence by identifying invisible barriers and banishing them! Get back in touch with your childhood freedom through a lighthearted sculpting activity with playdoh. Then break out of your comfort zone by discussing and planning and activity you've always wanted to do - but didn't.
