Women's Self Care Series
February-June 2013
Transform your relationship to what it means to take care of yourself.
Covering topics pertinent to women's everyday lives such as our personal time, importance of creativity, how to get our physical needs met, balancing emotions, making time with other women, our personal boundaries and practicing self respect.
By changing our habits, focusing more on ourselves and our well being we can enjoy the quality of our lives more consistently.
When we explore and express our unique needs as women, how to address these needs on a regular basis begins to become clear and easy.
This series is an opportunity create that for yourself.
We will discuss:
-Ways to connect with your intuition
-Thriving through your creativity
-Ways to indulge in and appreciate your physical body
-Various ways to balance your emotions
-Prioritizing time to gather with women on a regular basis
-Focusing on our self care like our life depends on it
-Communications that get you what you need
-Developing a trust of yourself and your choices
-Clarifying your priorities
-Aligning your intentions with your actions
In conversations around these topics, we will learn and try out new self care habits, perhaps expanding on what we already know with coaching available in the process.
We can share where we are in the scope of things, and inspire each other with our struggles and successes.
These calls, workshops and retreats are inspired by my own struggles and victories as a single mother, project leader and business owner.
I teach to learn and this is an area that I have been practicing, prioritizing and growing in myself over several years now.
Being in a circle of women is potent and powerful.
The ancient tradition of women gathering has gone on for longer than recorded history and has fueled communities as the central force behind it all.
By reclaiming our value and self worth, we acknowledge what it means to experience all of life for the unique and fleeting gift that it is and commit to making the most of it while we are here.
We can all have what we want without compromise.
As we align with ourselves, everything else becomes clear.
From that place it's a matter of making choices and taking actions aligned with what's true for you.
We can start to trust ourselves enough to prioritize the time and energy it takes to give ourselves what we need.
When we do it fuels us in a way that allows us more fulfillment than we could ever experience through any accomplishment, from over extending ourselves, and from doing more than is healthy for us.
Its time for a new paradigm and it must start with women.
