Exploring the Depths of our Summer Sky
***This event has been CANCELED. All ticket-holders will be issued refunds asap! We apologize for the inconvenience!***
With the season of summer comes longer days and warmer nights, so it's a great time to spend an evening or a few under the stars, hunting the sky for deep space delights. Come with us as we discover and explore some of the more spectacular of the celestial objects that the summer sky presents to us. From strange stars with unexpected shapes, to the nebulae from which they form, and even to the black holes that the largest of stars leave behind upon their death, the planetarium will take you on a summer journey unlike any other.
If you joined us for our Exploring the Depths of our Winter Sky, this will be like a sequel, expanding upon the wonders that change with the seasons. Those who missed the winter show, don't worry the sky is full of infinite wonders. No one show could truly cover all that our heavens hold.
