Brookside Repertory Theatre's Staged Reading of Flying Out of Formation by Mae Ziglin Meidav Directed by Robert Hamm Set during Israel 's 1948 War of Independence, Flying Out of Formation is the story of an American pilot's daring and courageous efforts to smuggle munitions and aircraft into the fledgling Mideast nation to help bring parity to the battlefield.
