Focusing on many styles of chocolate, Janina will utilize the Valrhona line of deluxe chocolates to taste you through several varieties as well as transform the chocolates into decadent desserts. A portion of the class will require you to roll up your sleeves and make you very own chocolate truffles. You will also learn the secret to our rich and fluffy chocolate soufflé!
