2018 Community Chill Night
A special chili contest with music, games, community awards, and a DIY "Chilly" Desert. Our goal is to build community in Lowell by bringing together young people and elders, downtown and neighborhoods, townies and newcomers. Last year, we had more than 50 attendees and a special appearance by the Party Band. We want to top it this year!
