ABOUT JULIETTE JEFFERS;
In the theatre world, Juliette was nominated for a NAACP Theatre Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in Ah Ha Moments Butterscotch and Fudge at the Complex Theatre. She has written five solo plays. She has performed her first solo play, Batman and Robin in the Boogie Down at various venues throughout the U.S and the Caribbean. It received a Bronx Council on the Arts Award. It also received nominations for a Drama Desk award and an NAACP Theatre award. Juliettes second solo play, Chocolate Match.com was highly acclaimed and is now being developed as a web series. She has performed her third solo play, Pan Gyul at the L.A. Womens Theatre Festival and various schools throughout the country. Juliette's fourth solo play, Judgment Day was featured at the L.A. Womens Theatre Festival, the One Festival in New York and the Atlanta Black Theatre Festival in October. Her fifth solo play, Tio Pablo won Best Play and Best Actress at the Hollywood Short & Sweet Theatre Festival.
On screen, Juliette has appeared in thirteen films, over twenty guest star TV roles and over fifty national commercials. She has worked with many highly acclaimed actors including Will Smith, Susan Sarandon, Martin Lawrence and Nia Long. Some of her notable TV credits include, Criminal Minds, Bones and Greys Anatomy. Her most recent film, Lemon was an official selection of the 2017 Sundance Film Festival.
