Patina and Rockstop at The Old Church

Join us for an evening of music with Patina and Rockstop.

PATINA is an Americana band from Portland, Oregon. Patina played their first show in an old church in an Eastern Oregon ghost town in 2007, so to find themselves 10 years later playing another Old Church is a fitting bookend to a decade of music. For this show they will be performing material from their two albums, as well as unreleased new songs and deep cuts.

Rockstop Cello Quartet performs unique and exceptional concerts featuring the lush sounds of four cellos. Performing music from Palestrina to Japanese Anime film scores and everything in between, Rockstop showcases the diverse capabilities of the instrument. Rockstop has been presented by Shoreline Arts in parks concerts throughout the Seattle area, in intimate house concerts throughout Oregon, and as visiting artists at Quarterworld Arcade in Portland. Members of Rockstop hail from the Portland Cello Project, the Lowdown Duo, and indie band Typhoon.
