Kaypri won an award from AARP for her caregiving PSA The Baton featuring she and her mother Dorothy, an unsung Civil Rights Sheroe. She was also featured in the Wall St Journal in an article entitled, The Unfinished Business of Altzhemier's about completing her mother's autobiography her her 80th birthday. Kaypri is previous NAACP nominee for BEST SOLO PLAY for "BABYGIRL media-copenda-lova-holic" her popular coming of age story set in 70's/80's pop culture.
