USA Dance New Year's Eve Celebration
Capital USA Dance, Cotillion, and The Benedicts in partnership cordially invite you to the best New Years Eve celebration in the Capital District! Ring in the New Year with an evening of fine food and great dancing including live and DJ'd music, midnight champagne toast and on-premises room specials!
This event will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn, at 235 Hoosick Street, in Troy. We'll have live music by The Overtones as well as music from the incomparable ballroom DJ, Peter Collins.
Music and dancing will run for the entire duration of the event, which will include the Radisson's fabulous dinner, midnight countdown and champagne toast, and an extended, 1 AM finish time.
Schedule:
- Cocktail Hour with Hors d Oeuvres 7:30 p.m (Cash Bar)
- Dinner 8:30 p.m.
- Champagne Toast at Midnight
- Dancing until 1:00 a.m.
Meal Choices:
- Lemon Chicken Seared, egg battered, and finished with white wine lemon sauce
- Prime Rib Slow roasted, served in its natural jus and horseradish aioli
- Vermont Salmon Local maple syrup glazed
- Stuffed Zucchini (vegan) -Grilled vegetable and quinoa stuffed zucchini with roasted red pepper coulis
- Dessert will be a flourless chocolate cake

We will have a singles table, and dance hosts will be on hand for the ladies!
