Making good food choices is one of the basic building blocks to good health. Learn which food choices actually increase energy as well as enhance the bodys immune system. Get answers on which foods and nutrients balance chemistry, pH, emotions, and lower your risk for disease    

Instructors: Dr Damon West

This is a lecture-style wellness class.

Parking is available on the first level of the parking garage at 28th & S streets. After 6pm all levels of the garage are available.
