Dr. Antonella is also our chef as she prepares a pop-up dinner to salute health, connection and slowing down. We will eat a family style dinner together and discuss the art of connecting with each other and our food as a means of creating health in our lives. Menu: parsley-lemon cauliflower with herbed almonds; buttermilk roast chicken; lentil garbanzo salad with spiced tahini; spinach, red onion and date salad, and hazelnut brownies. |
