Our menu features Shrimp salad in endive leaves, ham and Gruyere crepes served with mixed greens and a Dijon vinaigrette and Beef Bourguignon. For the perfect finale, Grand Marnier chocolate mousse with raspberry sauce and freshly whipped cream. (Class includes a discussion of how each wine choice compliments its food course pairing and recipes will be provided.)|
