Fermentation Workshop

Come ferment with us!
Join us for a little history, a little science, and a lot of bacteria talk! We will taste-test a variety of ferments and all make kraut together.
Everyone will go home with a jar of kraut to ferment.
No fermenting experience required. $30
Please note tickets are non-refundable.
