Tanya Melamed is from Odessa, Ukraine.
From early age she studied piano, voice, art, acting and dancing.
Upon finishing High School she attended the Musical College and received a Bachelor degree in jazz piano. Then she was accepted at the prestigious Odessa Conservatory of Music and graduated with Master of Arts degree in classical piano.
Since arriving to the US, Tanya has appeared as pianist, singer and dancer.
She is the founder and the singer for the "Melamed Band" which has preformed at numerous concerts and private events the last 10 years
throughout the Midwest.
Charming pianist, singer and composer Tanya Melamed, brings her dynamic blend of international music stylings, French, Klezmer, Jazz, Bossa-Nova, EuroFolk and much more.
