Get off the sideline and on to the track! Roller Derby Foundations is back!

ROLLER DERBY FOUNDATIONS -- 3 MONTHS
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It's time to begin your roller skating education and start playing roller derby! Foundations will prep you for your roller derby journey. Classes focus on skating skills that are specific to roller derby such as; skating form, blocking, strategy, rules, working in the pack and playing the game (the best part)!

After completion of RDF, and a pass of your WFTDA minimum skills, you will join Tri-City league practices and the farm team, the Total KnockOuts!

Wednesday evenings, January 31 - April 18, 2018. 6:30-8pm
>> Classes are open to all genders and gender expansive skaters, 18+.
>> Cost: $120

CRDi Insurance is required.

Required Safety Gear:
Helmet
Quad Roller Skates
Knee Pads
Elbow Pads
Wrist Guards
Mouth Guard

Wear comfy clothes, bring a water bottle, and some after practice snacks!
