JEREMY MESSERSMITH

Born in Charleston, SC and raised in rural Washington, singer-songwriter jeremy messersmith began playing music in church at a young age, and like many homeschoolers, counts Sandi Patti, Carman, DC Talk and Michael W. Smith amongst his earliest musical influences. After a promising trumpeting career was tragically cut short due to braces, jeremy turned to the guitar as his instrument of choice and eventually relocated to Minneapolis to study music. A thoughtful, clever lyricist with a tender voice, jeremy crafts songs that are catchy and relatable, and span the emotional gamut from poignancy to whimsy. The forthcoming album Late Stage Capitalism, jeremys second release on Glassnote Records, is due out in early 2018.

THE LAURELS STRING QUARTET

The Laurels String Quartet is as comfortable playing in a rock club as they are in a concert hall. Over the better part of a decade, theyve made music with artists like Belle & Sebastian, Motion City Soundtrack, Semisonic, Dessa, Haley Bonar, The Suburbs, The New Standards, Grammy Award Winner Dan Wilson (Adele, Taylor Swift), Macklemore, jeremy messersmith, and many others.

JILLIAN RAE

Jillian Rae is a multi-talented violinist, lead vocalist, and songwriter whose creative and dynamic style of violin playing, along with her lifelong experience as a performer, lend her an assured stage presence. She has an innate ability to create hook-laden tunes affirming the positives of life in the face of struggle and disappointment.

GAELYNN LEA

Classically trained violinist and songwriter Gaelynn Lea has been bewitching scores of fans with her haunting original songs and experimental takes on traditional fiddle music. Her work most recently won NPR Musics 2016 Tiny Desk Contest, a competition drawing submissions of original songs from more than 6,000 musicians across the country.
