This masterclass is aimed at Yogi's that want to work on their arm balances, in particular their inversions.
Often in a vinyasa class there is not enough time to thoroughly break down each inversion, you may hear "if it's in your practice take a headstand/pincha/handstand etc."
However, in this class we will have a whole 2 hours together to prepare, explore & play. Come and learn some different techniques to build strength and get upside down!
Helen will lead this class and although yoga experience is necessary, a strong inversion practice in not!
