The Papercrafting Roadshow On Site Cropping
Date says September 21, 2018 for all but Admission Levels are for FRI, SAT and 2 DAY. Please double check before you checkout that you have selected the correct day/s.
THE PAPERCRAFTING ROADSHOW IS A TWO DAY SCRAPBOOKING EXPO FILLED WITH YOUR FAVORITE PAPERCRAFTING (AND ONLY PAPERCRAFTING!) VENDORS. COME FRIDAY, COME SATURDAY OR BETTER YET, COME BOTH DAYS!
Your choice of an 8 foot table to have all to yourself or share an 8 foot table (4 feet per person) to share with a friend! With both of these options you can choose to have electricity or not.

Please note: General Admission is INCLUDED with your all day cropping. You do not need to purchase a separate General Admission ticket. Vendor booths are open Friday and Saturday 9am-4pm.
You ARE allowed to sit with friends. The deadline for requests is 5pm on September 14, 2018. Requests are honored on a first come, first pay basis.
All Crop Choices Include: *12 hours of cropping time *Admission to shopping area on day(s) you are cropping *WiFi *$5.00 per day in concession stand vouchers *Entry into 6 raffles per day-these raffles are EXCLUSIVELY for croppers. *$5.00 voucher rebate per day for a paid class attendance *If you book for multiple days, you may leave your supplies overnight!
Cancellation Policy: A $10.00 service fee will be charged for all requests to cancel up to 5:00pm on September 13, 2018. Sorry, no refunds after this time and date. No exceptions.
Requests to cancel must be made in writing to thepapercraftingroadshow@gmail.com Please include your full name, email and mailing address and phone number. We must confirm the cancellation.
If you find that you cannot attend following the cancellation deadline, you may send someone to the krop in your place; simply write a note on your confirmation that you authorize another person to claim your registration packet.
REFUNDS:
No refunds due to the weather or natural disaster, or other acts of nature. No refunds will be issued based on perceived quality of the krop.
No show and no communication means no refunds with no exceptions.
Age limit: Must be 9 years of age and pay full price for crop space
Frequently Asked Questions about the Crops:
1. What do you suggest I bring to the crop? Plan ahead, and bring your scrapbook project ready to assemble! Plan to be able to bring in your supplies in one trip. Remember if you forget something you can always purchase or borrow; however, you are allowed to leave and reenter.
2. If I sign up to crop both Friday and Saturday will I be at the same table both days and can I leave my supplies ovenight? If you are cropping both days there will be no change of seating and you may leave your supplies overnight. However, please take your purse, camera, computer, electronic toys and any other valuables with you. Neither the Kalamazoo County Expo Center or The Papercrafting Roadshow is responsible for lost or stolen items. We suggest you bring a table covering to cover your table when leaving for the day. Picnic table cloth claps work well.
3. Will I be able to shop during the crop? Yes, admission to the show floor is included with your krop registration. . Vendor booths are open from 9am-4pm.
4. Can I sit with my friends at the crop? Seating is assigned so yes we will do our very best to have friends seated with friends.
5. I would like a friend who isnt cropping to come see my album/help me carry stuff in/bring me something. Are they permitted to enter the cropping area? Sorry, no. Please make arrangements with non cropping friends to meet outside the regulated cropping area as no friends/relatives/children/husbands are allowed into the cropping area. No exceptions. Not even just for a minute.
6. What about my Cricut/Silhouette/Pazzles/eClips or other electricity dependent machine? If you are planning to need electricity to run your machines and devices please purchase a table that is equipped with this service.
7. What is your food and beverage policy? Snacks and food are permitted at your crop area. Only beverages with lids will be permitted on the cropping tables, for the safety of your albums, and the safety of the albums of others working at your table!
A note about allergies: We do not regulate what other croppers bring to decorate their tables, or as snacks, so if you have severe allergies, please use caution while attending our events.
