Wednesdays, 8.45-9.45am
Connects breath to movement. Participants should be comfortable and confident (or happy to play) with sun salutations, balancing postures, arm balances and inversions. The classes are intended to develop strength, flexibility and suppleness whilst balancing the body and mind.
Spring term 2018 dates for this class (10-week term):
Wednesday 10 January-Wednesday 21 March
No classes half term 12-17 February
Options specific to attending this class, spring 2018:
