MUSIC BOX Improver's Workshop
Ever seen a musical improv show and secretly thought 'I fancy a stab at that!' That's how most Music Boxers got started, and we want to give you the chance to have a go!
This Improvers Workshop is a workout for the core skills of effective scene work in an improvised narrative, PLUS well be looking at creating vivid characters and rich environments for them to play and sing in. Then well focus on vocal warm-ups and song structures to elevate your songs from witty ditties to slick numbers!
By the end youll be performing riveting scenes and singing your heart out as various characters, accompanied by our musical maestro Tom Hodge.
Whether youre dipping your toe into musical improv for the first time, or have taken some Beginner Workshops already and are hungry to get up on stage again, this Workshop is for YOU.
