Beginning Digital Photography - January 26, 2013 9-12 Noon
This class is designed for beginner photographers. You will learn the fundamentals of photography and how you can get great photographs from your digital SLR or point and shoot. In this seminar you will learn how to go beyond snapshots and use your newly attained knowledge, using professional techniques, to capture dynamic images. Learn what all those tiny little buttons do on your camera. You will be on your way to taking much greater images!
Class size minimum of 5 people. If we have not met our 5 student minimum, the class will have to be rescheduled.

Understanding Digital Cameras - Learn Manual Settings & Exposure Control
Shutter Speeds - Control Light & Stopping & Blurring movement
Aperture - Control Light and Depth of Field
ISO Settings - Light Sensitivity and Quality of Image
Lenses & Perspective- Lens choices, Focal lengths, Aperture Opening
Composition - Rule of Thirds, Perspective, Leading Lines
