Bird Focus: Winter Waterfowl
Bird Focus: Winter Waterfowl Saturday, January 6, 2018 8:00 am-10:30 am $5 Ages 10 and up
When ice begins to form on waterways from Canada into the Arctic Circle a great number of waterfowl migrate over long distances to winter in the south. Some of these migrants make the lakes and rivers of the Puget Sound their winter home. Identify and learn about some of these species with naturalist Ed Dominguez as we survey the shores of Lake Washington. Binoculars will be provided.
