2017 Madrigal Performances
Coal City High School's a capella Madrigal choir, with students grades 9 - 12, hosts a dinner on December 8 and 9, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. A high tea is served on Sunday December 10 at 3:00 p.m. These events include a full Christmas concert and a comedy play performance. The meals are catered and served at the beginning of each performance. Typically, the dinners consist of turkey with gravy, sliced ham, roasted potatoes, green beans, glazed carrots, tossed salad, rolls, Wassail, coffee, tea, and our famous bread pudding for dessert. The high tea meal has homemade soup, four different kinds of sandwiches, vegetable relish tray, and a dessert tray of homemade sweets. Wassail, assorted teas, and coffee are served.
