Cheese appetizers are a sure hit at any holiday party. Join Chef Andrew, one of our talented Co-op cheesemongers, as he teaches us how to put together a winning cheese board and makes puff pastry cheese twists, stuffed endive with goat cheese and honey, a party cheese ball spread, and the ultimate party food - a creamy cheese fondue.

This is a demonstration-style cooking class. Students will enjoy a generous taste of each recipe, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.
Cancellation Policy: Please call if you are unable to attend. No refunds with less than 48 hours notice. Prior to 48 hours before class: Credit Card Paying Customers can call Brown Paper Tickets at 1-800-838-3006 to cancel and get a refund or transfer to another class.
Parking is available on the first level of the parking garage at 28th & S streets. After 6pm all levels of the garage are available.
