Jill will share her prize-winning crust recipe and simple techniques for making a flaky mouthwatering crust every time. Come learn to put a unique spin on your favorite holiday pies as Jill demonstrates a brown butter pumpkin pie, a malted chocolate pecan pie, and techniques for rolling out dough and making a lattice top. Students will make their own mini salted caramel apple pies with oat crumble topping to take home. These are guaranteed, show-stopping pies!
