This class will offer techniques for using herbs, diet, and good habits for optimizing health and avoiding illness in the colder, darker months of the year. Lecture, demonstration and hands-on experiences are included in class

Class will be held at Soil Born Farms American River Ranch 2140 Chase Drive in Rancho Cordova.
An additional $10 materials fee is required, payable to the instructor in class
