Mindfulness Hub - Day of Mindfulness for Wake Up London
A Day of Mindfulness to deepen our practice together, slow down and restore ourselves.
Facilitated by the monks and nuns from Plum Village International Mindfulness Practice Centre, the day will include sitting meditation, mindful walking, talks, mindful eating, deep relaxation and group sharing.
Available to the members of the Wake Up London community. We also welcome young people aged 16 to 35-ish who are new to mindfulness and to the community.
Please bring simple vegetarian or vegan food to share at lunchtime. Mats, cushions and chairs are provided.
This event is part of the London Mindfulness Hub 5-13th Sept and is organised by Heart of London Sangha and Wake Up London.
