7-Day Dance Festival 2017

Bellingham Repertory Dance (BRD) presents the 7-Day Dance Festival, a new project to inspire collaboration among local artists. Dancers and choreographers will form teams and begin rehearsals on September 14. They will perform their new works just one week later in a public showing at the Firehouse with professional stage lighting and tech.

The content of the 7-Day Dance Festival is still yet to be known. BRD invites you to take a risk on this unique performance experience, and witness the products of a whirlwind process and the unfiltered creativity that emerges. Join us Friday, September 22 at 7:30 PM at the Firehouse Performing Arts Center (1314 Harris Ave).

This project was inspired by the 48-Hour Film Project and the 48-Hour Theater Festival, and is open to all dancers of all dance styles. Registration is available for the festival until August 31, and interested participants can visit bhamrep.org to sign up and learn more!
