"Toujours l'Amour!"
Singer/Actress Pamela Clay wrote a one-woman show about the legendary French singer, Edith Piaf, and will portray Ms. Piaf recounting stories of her life, as well as sing some of her best-loved songs. The late, great Mr. Richard Blackwell wrote: "Pamela Clay is the rebirth of Edith Piaf...she is fabulous with a voice that will have you mesmerized and is Piaf if you close your eyes...She has that fabulous, gutsy street sound with the emotions that made Piaf an icon not to be rivaled...Pamela has everything that makes you stand and cheer...the voice of a lion and the emotions of a wounded sparrow...Believe me, she will bring a smile to your face and tears to your eyes!" Pamela Clay's show "Toujours l'Amour!" features Shelly Markham on piano, is directed by Chase Matthews, and performed for one show only on Pamela's birthday, Thursday, January 17, 2013 at 8pm at the M Bar Hollywood. (Advance Tickets $10 Each, otherwise $15 Cash at Door)
